We are excited to share our 2025 Sustainability Impact Report. The report reflects a year where impact became more intentional, measurable, and deeply interconnected.

Guided by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Framework, we strengthened how we track, measure, and communicate our sustainability performance, aligning our work with global best practices and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The year marked a significant shift from intention to data-driven accountability, with enhanced reporting across key GRI standards including energy (GRI 302), water (GRI 303), emissions (GRI 305), education and training (GRI 404), economic performance (GRI 201), and community impact (GRI 413).

Our impact in Numbers:
• 319,740 meals served to vulnerable communities.
• 849 girls supported to stay in school through 6,396 sanitary pad packs.
• 1,745 students engaged through MAARIFA & Young Change Makers programs.
• 807 trees grown, exceeding our carbon offset targets.
• 545 beneficiaries supported through our livelihood programs.
• 28.5% reduction in fuel consumption with approximately 9.1 tons of CO₂ avoided.

Each metric reflects our commitment to transparent, standardized, and globally aligned sustainability reporting, ensuring that our impact is not only meaningful, but measurable and accountable.

On this International Day of Zero Waste, we highlight one of our projects in partnership with the Body of Christ Children’s Home in Limuru, Kenya, that turns waste into energy, nourishment, and opportunity. Their food waste has become a valuable resource that fuels both the kitchen and the land. In this video, the institution’s cook walks us through the entire transformation process, showing how everyday food scraps are converted into a clean cooking solution.

This biogas system represents far more than a technological solution. It is a living example of regeneration, where what was once discarded becomes the start of something new. It also embodies the principles of a circular economy, where every output becomes the input for another useful cycle. Through this system, the children enjoy cleaner and safer cooking, and in the near future, their garden will benefit with natural fertilizer, and any excess bio‑slurry can be sold to support the surrounding farming community. It is a small loop, but it creates a meaningful shift towards a regenerative future that we can build together.
