Day 1: Arusha - Ngorongoro Crater
You’ll begin your journey by driving from the charming city of Arusha and into the surreal landscape of the Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania’s ‘Garden of Eden’. The world’s largest, intact volcanic caldera, here you’ll find the most fertile and richest grazing grounds in Africa.
Cradled on the crater floor and surrounded by the ancient beauty of this magnificent caldera, enjoy an evening of leisure at your lodge, followed by an overnight stay.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater - Serengeti National Park
Wake up to a stunning backdrop of volcanic craters and enjoy breakfast at your lodge before embarking on a half-day crater tour. Here you’ll join in on the real action happening on the crater floor: a constant stir of wildlife and stunning scenes that will stay in your memories forever.
After lunch, depart for Serengeti National Park, arriving at your lodge for sundowners that allow you to enjoy the endless views of the golden plains. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Serengeti National Park - Lake Manyara
As sunrise extends over the Serengeti plains, set out with a picnic lunch to explore what the Maasai call ‘‘Siringitu’ - a place where the land moves on forever. Teeming with the sights, smells, and sounds of hundreds of animals all following the ancient rhythm of Africa’s wild, this is truly an unforgettable experience.
After lunch, you’ll depart for the remote Lake Manyara, whose shores are forever encrusted with pink flamingo and dense woodlands provide shelter for the iconic tree-climbing lions. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Lake Manyara - Arusha
Spend the morning exploring Lake Manyara National Park, an unspoiled paradise that offers visitors nothing short of a surreal safari experience, thanks to its tree-climbing lions and diverse landscape of steep mountainsides and dense woodlands.
After which you depart for Arusha, arriving into the city in time for lunch.
